Barker book donated to library

Women in War is program, window theme at genealogy

Librarian Helen Jones will be the speaker for the January 21 meeting of the Franklin County Genealogical Society (FCGS). The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the Crescent Meeting Room at 108 E. Main Street in Mount Vernon.
