E-books available soon at Franklin County Library

Just in time for Christmas, the Franklin County Library will have e-books available starting Sunday, December 1. Anyone interested in taking advantage of the e-book program must have a current library card and must visit the library to establish an e-book account.

Thousands of titles will be right at the fingertips of local patrons. See the November 28 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
