Library plans veteran interviews

The Franklin County Library will be conducting interviews with American Service Veterans beginning in March 2014. There was an effort several years ago to interview Franklin County veterans.

The library has these interviews, which are available to be checked out. For more details, see the Jan. 23 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
