Rosa Lee Crenshaw Taylor (Third from left) honored with presentation of a Paul Harris Fellow Award Rosa Lee Crenshaw Taylor was honored with presentation of a Paul Harris Fellow Award in ceremonies Saturday, February 17, at the Senior Citizen Meal Center in Mount Vernon.
