J.D. Baumgardner Mount Vernon and Franklin County lost a dedicated servant and volunteer with the death of J.D. Baumgardner last week.

Mr. Baumgardner and his wife Iris moved to Franklin County in 1998. He was active in church and community affairs. See the February 25 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald to read more about Mr. Baumgardner’s work in the community.
