The Franklin County Library is planning their second annual AuthorFest and shouting out to local authors to register to participate. The event will be during the annual Key Club CountryFest which is set for Saturday, Oct. 13. For more details, see the Aug. 9 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
