The American Legion will be celebrating its 100th anniversary on March 15, 2019. The event will be celebrated locally at the American Legion Post 243, located on CR SE 4265 with an open house and hot dog lunch from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 16.

Raymond Hamm, age 31 of Leesburg, was injured in a single vehicle accident Saturday, March 2 just prior to 3 p.m., but left the scene and went to his residence.
