AG Opinion: District clerk only to have access to court funds

A Texas Attorney General Opinion just issued confirms  District Clerk’s earlier emphasis that only the clerks should have access to their respective court registry accounts, and the county must require adequate security through its depository bank and use of the county EIN (Employer Identification Number).
