The sign will relate the level of danger with an indicator for low, moderate, high, very high, and extreme as set by the U.S.D.A. Forest Service. The report of grass fires has steadily increased since the first of August, and Franklin County residents are urged to take proper safety measures when doing any outdoor burning.
