Early voting begins Monday

The 10 day period for early voting by personal appearance in the November Amendment Election begins Monday, October 21 and continues through Friday, November 1.

The last day to apply for a by-mail ballot is Friday, October 25. The Franklin County Annex East will be the location for in person early voting. The annex is located at 502 East Main Street (Hwy. 67E) in Mount Vernon, just west of the City Cemetery. The polling location is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays during the early voting period.
