Students receive science fair awards

Morris signs to play football for Ouachita Baptist University

Nellor signs to play football for Texas A&M - Commerce

Brock Nellor, center, signs a letter of intent to play football with Texas A&M - Commerce. He was joined at the table by family members, including, seated Sandi Nellor, standing, Richard Ferguson, Vivian Kamrath, Jeff Nellor, Cameron Nellor, and Brett Kamrath .Brock Nellor signed a letter of commitment to play football at Texas A&M - Commerce starting in the Fall of 2021. He was offered a “full-ride” scholarship.

One-time COVID-19 payment approved by school board

A one-time $500 payment to all Mount Vernon ISD employees for their extra work and effort due to the COVID-19 pandemic was approved by school board members during the Thursday, February 11 meeting.

Reeder named 2021 Saltillo Homecoming Queen
