School board accepts Latortue as a member, explores facility needs

Lorri Agee administers the oath of office to Marie Latortue at the beginning of the February meeting of the Mount Vernon ISD school board. A list of major repairs and estimated costs the board would need to consider for upcoming budgets was also reviewed.
