Bailey ThomasMount Vernon High School sophomore Bailey Thomas was named to the third team All-state volleyball team as a middle blocker by the Texas Sportswriters.

She was one of nine players from class 3A to be selected for this honor. She is the daughter of Joe and Eva Thomas.
