A memorial service for Robin Stegall Laird is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10, at Eastern Hills church of Christ in Athens.
She went to her heavenly home Sunday, Jan. 5, in Tyler after an eight-month battle with cancer.
Mrs. Laird, 60, was baptized into Christ on February 19, 1969 in Athens, Tex. and she served God faithfully throughout her lifetime. She was a member of Mount Vernon church of Christ for 20 years.

She and her husband celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in December.
