Mary Estelle Lovelace Bolin

Mary BolinA Celebration of Life for Mary Estelle Lovelace Bolin, age 96 of Mount Vernon, was Sunday, March 18, 2017 at the Sam B. Harvey Chapel with Rev. Pepper Puryear and Jimmy Worley officiating.

Burial followed at the Providence Cemetery with Zack Loftis, Luke Tebbetts, Brent Blair, Brad Blair, Bryan Blair, Colton James, Garrett James and Jordan McCuistion serving as pallbearers.
Mrs. Bolin was born in Mount Vernon, Franklin County on Sept. 4, 1921 to Watson Dee Homer Lovelace and Carrie Ann Dickens. She married Velvin Bolin March 6, 1939 in Mount Vernon and he preceded her in death June 5, 2009.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church Mount Vernon, a sales clerk with Hancock Fabric in Dallas and worked with the Union Banker Insurance agency. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, VFW, American EX POW’s and Disabled Veterans.
Mrs. Bolin died Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Whispering Pine Nursing Home in Winnsboro. She was preceded in death by her parents, twelve brothers and a sister.
She is survived by her two sons Dwayne Bolin and Kay of Mount Vernon, Jess Kent Bolin and Pam of Mount Vernon; a daughter Mary Jo Berryman and Buddy of Gladewater; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
